While a beautiful place to sit outside and watch people or enjoy what fresh air you can amongst the smokers, there wasn't a lot of food on my plate. My fish and chips looked and was a piece of fried fish wrapped in paper meh that happened to have a few fries sprinkled around it. By this time, I was aware that water was not free so there went 6. Food did come out in a reasonable time, and others enjoyed a burger, pasta, and a sandwich. That said, servers did speak English and took care of payments at the table. I wish America did that.
